Letter to Host Family
Dear Host Family,
Thank you for having time to read my letter.
My name is Jelly Ann, but every one calls me Jhelai. I am 29 years old and from Philippines. I currently working as an Office Staff in a Garments company. In my spare time, I love to cook, making pastries, do some Cross Stitch and lastly hiking is my most favorite get away.
The reason why I want to be your next Au Pair because I want to experience the Cultural Exchange for being Au Pair and I am very interested in other cultures, languages and getting to know new people and be part of your society and vice versa I am happy to share my Filipino culture to your family especially to the kids.
When it comes to childcare experiences. When my brother was young, I also took care of him when our mum was working. That's my only experiences in childcare here in the Philippines. I know I do not have many experiences in childcare abroad and there's a lot of candidates here, but I really love spending time with them. I am willing to know more about your family, learn your culture and letting the kid's learn my Filipino culture and I will introduce them to a new language, I think it's a great value for them.
I am looking for a Host Family that would be happy to have me stay with and give me a big chance to be their eldest daughter and to experience the European culture. I would be happy to have the opportunity to speak with you and willing to be part of your family. I hope you like my letter and hope to hear you soon. Tusen takk for reading my simple letter and God bless.
Your future daughter,
