Letter to Host Family
Hello, dear family! My name is Kseniia and it's nice to meet you!
At the moment I am a volunteer and now I live and work in the city of Tallinn, in Estonia. I came to Tallinn under the EVS program and have been working with children for 11 months in Mustamäe Perekeskus.
Volunteering opened a new world for me. I visited and saw many countries and met many interesting people. After all, before that, I traveled only around my country.
For myself, I want to say that I have become a more open person than I was before the project.
In the center where I work come children who have problems with their studies, problems with behavior and with the family. I help children with homework and when there is a free time we draw pictures on different topics. In the center, there is a whole wall where I hung out children's drawings.
What can I say about myself as a person? Everyone says that I am a very calm and modest person.
My hobby is also roller skates and a bicycle, and I draw well.
What do I want from au pair? This, of course, is a new experience and new knowledge, because for me it is very important. I write fantasy stories, so any new events bring me new impressions and help to write my stories further.
My dream is to travel a lot and learn a lot of new things.
Thank you for having read my letter.
