Dear Host Family,
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter!
I am Mae Sybil, 21 years old. I am living with my mother and father, my 25 year old sister, my 24 year old elder brother, my 18 year old younger brother, one cat, and two dogs in our little hometown in Josefina, Philippines. I am a honor graduate at one of the Top Performing Schools in the Philippines specifically in Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree of Elementary Education major in Science and Health.
In my spare time, i helped my mother in baby sitting my two niece and in weekdays I have a tutor at Brainchild Academy, I handled 5 tutees, 3 Grade IV, 1 Grade III and 1 Grade II. I have a tremendous love for children and will place a high standard of learning. I hope to instill a love of learning and a desire for constant knowledge within each student.
I would love to become your next Au Pair because I love children and enjoy spending time with them. I am prepared and I am well aware of the fact that being like a big sister for your children comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just play and fun. My calm and patient personality will help me to master more difficult situations for instance when the kids are tired or don’t want to listen to me.
Living with me is really easy as I am not a demanding person. I do respect that the house is your house and that I have follow your house rules. If something works not quite as it should, I prefer to talk instead of ignoring things.
I am really excited to jump start my career and growing with your family.
