Dear Family,
Hi! I am Lorein . I’m 29 years old and currently in the Philippines.
I am looking forward to meeting you soon. I hope I could assist you in nurturing your family, the way I can. At the same time, I wish that you can help me grow more as a person by staying with you, even for just a period.
I do not have any experience being an au pair but I have my entire 29 years in life taking care of my family under my belt. I am experienced in taking care of my siblings, cousins, and some neighbors and friends' kids. I love taking care of people, especially children (their liveliness, energy, their innocence and positive outlook in life always uplifts me)...
I am the eldest among six (6) children in an average earning family. I am also the eldest grandchild among fourteen (14) grandchildren on the maternal side. Though I could not remember exactly how many of us (grandchildren) are on the paternal side; since we are a big family. :-)
I grew up with my siblings and cousins. Hence, I was always around them and used to babysit, tutor, and take care of them. It always came naturally to me. It is as if I was born to take care of them.
I’m also used to doing house chores growing up, from doing the laundry, folding and ironing clothes, washing the dishes, a bit of cooking, cleaning around the house, sweeping the floor, gardening, and more. Hence, if you will give me the chance to be a part of your family, hopefully, having me around will help you out.
I just want to have a chance at a cultural change, a different experience, meet new people, learn another language, travel more, and most especially, if I can, to finish a nursing degree in Norway. And if I can do all those around people whom I can call a family out there, it’ll be so much better.
I hope you will allow me to introduce myself and answer all and any of your questions for you to feel comfortable to consider me and put your trust in me.
