The purpose of the event is for the Osloites to get better acquainted with the city’s museums and attractions, as well as familiarizing yourselves with the Oslo Pass and the public transport system.

Official opening in front Of City Hall: Welcome speach by Oslo's mayor Marianne Borgen.
9.30 am–3 pm
Museums, attractions, sightseeing companies, Ruter and VisitOSLO meet you at stands inside City Hall.
Get your free Oslo Pass from VisitOSLO's stand outside City Hall.
Travel for free on public transport inside zone 1.
Please note: The free Oslo Pass is printed exclusively for this event and is valid only on 17 April 2016. It does not include all the advantages of the regular Oslo Pass, which is sold all year at Oslo Visitor Centre, Ruter's Service Centre, hotel receptions and many other sales points across the city.
Tickets will be given out outside City Hall (in «Borggården" in front of the building), which will allow for a more effective handout.
There are thousands of tickets available! You are welcome to go inside City Hall; you can meet some of the city’s museums and attractions at info stands, and there are tours of the building. |
