Information meeting for au pairs and host families

On Thursday 6th December, the UDI invites aupairs and host families to an open information meeting in Oslo.
Time: 6th December 2012, 1-3 pm
Place: The offices of the UDI in Hausmanns gate 23
The UDI will talk about the regulations for the au pair scheme. The organisation “Norsk folkehjelp” will give a presentation of the new information and guidance service which they are going to run.
Case workers from the tax authorities, the police and the UDI will be available to answer questions about regulations, for example about residence permits and payment of tax. Please note that the case workers cannot answer questions about an individual case.
From 1-2 pm there will be talks in Norwegian, but between 2-3 pm it will be possible to ask the case workers questions in English.
To get to the UDI you can take a bus or tram to Hausmanns gate, or the T-bane to Grønland or Jernbanetorget.
